We do a 100% quality check for all our products before sending them out, in the rare case that the product you receive is not in perfect condition, we welcome returns on the following terms -

The product received does not match the item selected during order confirmation
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product is received in a damaged condition.

Return Process

Our return policy is applicable within 7 Days from receipt of the product for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product.
Please send us 3 images of the damaged part or the incorrect product on citybestmart@gmail.com from where our Quality Control team will check its eligibility of return.
Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the damaged product and issue a replacement with the correct product once the damaged product is picked up by our logistics partner. This entire process should take around 2-3 working days.
Incase a replacement is not available for the damaged product, we will issue a credit note for our online store of the same amount.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed within 3-5 days .
Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account.
COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer ( Please provide your account details for the same ) Please allow 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
